How to make others successful

Success is such a large part of our daily lives. We hinge our happiness on whether or not we can hit the goals we set for ourselves. That’s what success means; to achieve personally set goals.

In the past, I had an employee who was very successful. He hit every goal he set for himself. During his training period, he broke the company record for new employees. After his training, he set an objective to not only hit his minimum budget, but to do better than the person that was successfully in that position during his first year. The following year, he set a goal to be in the top 10% of the company, and guess what? He was a success.
