  1. Great article. I have forwarded it to my friends and associates.

  2. Thanks Michael. That means a lot and gets my day started in a positive direction.

  3. The question I always want to know the answer to in an interview is if the person across from me is looking to change the world or collect a paycheck. Money is great, I like to spend and invest it. But money comes and goes.

Leaving a legacy that allows others to become better people is the most fun and rewarding experience I’ve ever been involved in. It is messy work. It is hard work. The results may take years to really see. But it is great work!

    Thanks for sharing.

  4. That’s a GREAT comment Mr. Ferguson. People are happiest when they are doing something that is significant, something that will impact others. At the end of life all the monopoly pieces go back in the box. What you accumulate is meaningless. What matters is how you play and how you show others how to play.

  5. Reblogged this on LIFE Group and commented:
Dave Ogilivy said, “If each of us recruits people who are smaller than we are, we shall become a company of dwarfs, but if each of us recruits people who are bigger than we are, we shall become a company of giants.”

People have the tendency to only bring in people who are almost as good as they are. If they bring someone who has a higher skill set, they risk looking bad or even being replaced by them. The thing is, current employees are the best way to get referred to this pool of great talent.
