The Passive Personality

Being humble is one thing but to be passive is something totally different.  The passive personality has the complete opposite attributes as an aggressive personality.  As an aggressive personality loves confrontation, the passive person absolutely HATES it.  The passive person will go to great links to avoid it.  They are the type of person who breaks up with someone with a text message and goes over critical information via email instead of doing it face to face.

  3. How about the passive-aggressive ones? My bet is that they are even harder to be around.

  4. There is one solution to this- Make a passive person to be the head of a group and slowly he will start enjoy being a leader and will turn into a productive person if not aggressive. And an aggressive personality need not be associated with productivity.

  5. Guess which personality I have the most difficulty with? I’d like to say that I’m grown up and mature and make a point to handle each person as their personality dictates, and I’d like to say that I’m understanding always respectful… but really, how patient can I be? How much consideration must I give them because they can’t stand up and speak? Why must I always be the one making adjustments to accommodate them?
    I know, I know. That’s the difference between aggressive and assertive. And therein lies my daily struggle! 🙂 I love that you’ve done a post on all of the personality traits! It’s fun to read and see where I identify!

    Too funny! I have a friend that is very passive, so to avoid being too annoyed I take a break from being around her. LOL! Great post!
