  3. It’s a revelation of their character – you are so right! I never thought about it like that, but I really like it! My boss and I put our heads together frequently, but I think he really loves when people go over my head to him and he gets to tell them that I have the final say. We have such a close relationship that it just tickles him when people think he can reverse a decision I’ve made!
